Refund policy
At Tisya Plus, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Tisya Plus reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
